Essay

The thesis is devoted to actual problems of surgical prevention of pulmonary artery thromboembolism in patients with acute ascending thrombophlebitis. The main purpose of the study is to develop comprehensive program of surgical prevention of pulmonary artery thromboembolism and improve the treatment results of patients with acute venous thrombosis in the background of the varicose disease. The work is based on the study of 125 patients with acute ascending thrombophlebitis. After statistical analysis we can conclude that research prothrombin index, fibrinogen and inflammatory changes in blood analysis do not depend on the level of thrombosis, the time of admission to hospital, as well as degree of symptomatology development (p> 0.05). It shows the lack of informativeness of koagulogrammy and blood analysis for the diagnosis and treatment approach of acute ascending thrombophlebitis. Dedicated ultrasound criteria of embolohennic thrombus give the opportunity to predict the clinical course of acute ascending thrombophlebitis and determine the risk of pulmonary artery thromboembolism. Based on the data of ultrasonic duplex scanning and clinical data, all patients with acute ascending thrombophlebitis need emergency operative treatment, the type of surgical intervention depends on the level of thrombosis. The program of acute ascending thrombophlebitis prevention is determined and it should include the detection of hereditary predisposition to thrombosis, diagnosis trombofiliy, duplex ultrasound scanning and optional emergency surgery, the type of which depends on the ultrasound data.
