Starting from 1,1-dihydropolyfluoroalkylsulfones new synthetic methods for preparation of fluorine-containing pyrimidines, pyrazoles and 1,2,3-triazoles derivatives with hydrogen, chlorine or with alkyl groups near heterocyclic nitrogen were developed. Conditions for regioselective N-chlorination and N-alkylation of 1,2,3-triazoles were established. New route for synthetic nucleoside analogues with 4-(p-tolylsulfonyl)- 5-trifluoromethyl -2H-1,2,3-triazole as nucleobase was elaborated based on the addition of 4-(p-tolylsulfonyl)- 5-trifluoromethyl-2H-1,2,3-triazole to the double bond of 3,4,6-tri-О-acetyl-D-glucal. Considerably high level of antivirus activity of obtained nucleoside analogues was shown.
