Rassokhina O. Clinical and pathogenetic pecularities of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in patients with irritable bowel syndrome.

Research object - patiets with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in patients with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS); aim - to improve quality of diagnostics, prognosis and treatment efficacy in COPD patients witn IBS, by investigation of trace elemets, enzymes, short chain fatty acids (SCFA); methods - clinical, laboratory, instrumental, statistical; novelty - IBS freaquency in COPD patients, role of connective tissue displasia was revealed; trace elements and SCFA were investigated in sputum of COPD patients in dependence of stage of COPD and IBS. The efficacy of mesalazine in a complex teratment of COPD was demonstrated; it have been used in clinical practicy at Cenrtal Hospital Clinic №3, №16 (Donetsk), Military-medical Clinical Center of Central Region MM of Ukraine (Vinnitsa), Clinic of SO Gastroenterology Institut AMS of Ukraine (Dnipropetrovsk), Emergency Hospital Clinic (Chernovtsi), pedagogical process of Donetsk, Lugansk, Bucavyn's medical universities; field of application - in treatment and diagnostics at therapeutic, pulmonology, gastroenterology departments, pedagogical process in therapeutic chairs of medical universities.
