The subject is the influence of the Monoblock appliances on the dentofacial deformations and the functional pathology under the class II malocclusion; the object is the increasing of the treatment efficiency of the class II malocclusion and the reduction of the relapses quantity; the methods are analytical, clinicodiagnostic, mathematical and statistical ones; the novelty is the following: there was carried out the analysis of connection of the class II malocclusion with the satellite functional pathology, we examined the influence of the Monoblock appliances on changes in dentofacial system in the process of the class II malocclusion treatment; the results - there was proposed a method of treatment of the class II malocclusion with the satellite functional pathology; introduced into the educational process and the practice of the sub-departments and clinics of the stomatologic specialization.
