Thesis devoted to study of children's neurovegetative and phsycoemotional status with gastric and duodenal ulcer and correction of revealed abnormalities. Analysis of dynamics in extension of morbidity rate with children's ulcer disease was performed in Chernivtsi region determined progressive increase of children's ulcer disease. It was defined informational value of statistically significant combinations of endogenous and exogenous factors of risk in formation of children's ulcer disease. In Thesis described clinical and paraclinical peculiarities of ulcer disease flow and determined that one of the main factor in pathogenesis of disease is neurovegetative and phsycoemotional disorder. Scheme was offered in rational examination vegetative of homeostasis (screening test with help of modified O. Vein's Questionnaire; "24 stigma" scale estimation; Cholter's monitoring of cardiac beat) and evaluation of children's life quality with ulcer disease. Reasonability of differentiation approach was substantiated in treatment of ulcer disease with use of neurologic therapy (herbal therapy with Helarium Hypericum) that has given possibility to decrease personality anxiety level, improve cognitive sphere normalized vegetative disorders.
