Dissertation is dedicated to the investigation of the clinical-pathogenetic peculiarities of community-acquired pneumonia within the children of early age, depending on the etiology, the presence of bronchoobstructive syndrome; as well as the connection between the immune status and the connective tissue metabolism, methods of treatment, rehabilitation. Frequently the possible exciters were Streptococcus viridians and pneumococcus, which in all cases were linked with positive virus results (43,4%).45,2% of patients were persistent for IgG to Chlamydophila pneumoniae. The peculiarities of the pneumonia course were noted against the children who are persistent to Chlamydia trachomatis infection. The misbalance of the rates of the cellular and humoral immunity was established. The absence of the leukocytosis in the acute period of the disease is an extra indicator of the immunodeficiency, and changes of serum rate alteration of the ceruloplasmin and metabolism in the connective tissue allow to use them as the sensitive indicators of the inflammatory process activity, and for the control of the complete recovery. The clinical-immunal substantiation is presented, the effectiveness of implementation of the immune-correction medicines of herbal origin on the early stage of the regeneration is confirmed.
