In the dissertation theoretical generalization is carried out and the solution of the scientific task concerning the audit organization of insurance companies and recommendations on how to improve its methodical providing is offered. The determination of the specific, functionally integrated nature appearance of audit services about strategic bases of insurance companies is grounded from the process and functional approach in order to optimize the audit institution in the insurance companies activity.
