In dissertation theoretical and methodical bases are grounded in relation to forming, functioning and development of logistical support of agricultural commodity producers in modern terms. Essence of logistical support is exposed, обґрунтована strategy of development and ways of improvement of his mechanisms of functioning at the level of region. The level of material well-being and degree of update of basic production facilities is analysed, and also certain efficiency of their use by the agricultural enterprises of the Mykolayiv region. As a result of the conducted researches basic directions of improvement of logistical support of enterprises of AIC are certain on the basis of financial instruments, innovative technologies and capitalization through bringing in of investments.
