Essay

This research is dedicated to pressing issue in contemporary pediatrics - optimisation prevention and treatment of early anemia of premature infants. The author has analyzed hematological parameters, erythropoietin synthesis function, the peculiarities of trace elements supply, ferrum and copper depot state of premature infants early anemia prevention and treatment by recombinant humane erythropoietin 150 UI/kg twice a week, trivalent iron and vitamins A, C, E. The research helped to enlarge on the information about pathogenesis of early anemia of prematurely infants. The research proves expediency and effectivness of recombinant humane erythropoietin therapy for prevention and treatment of early anemia of premature infants.
