The thesis is the first attempt in Ukrainian jurisprudence to study both theoretical and comparative aspects of legal provision of the conception of modern state sustainable development. The author also investigates the problems of legal provision and realization of the principles of sustainable development conception within the national legal system of Ukraine. The project of National conception for sustainable development of Ukraine is suggested.
