Abubekerova A. The mechanism of effective financing the privileged pensions in Ukraine

A research object is processes of financing of favourable pensions in Ukraine. A research purpose is development of scientifically-methodical positions and practical recommendations, directed on forming of mechanism of the effective financing of favourable pensions through the professional pension system (in future PPS). Methods of researches: analysis of the systems and synthesis; methods of economic statistics and prognostication; logic and empiric analysis; financial and actuarial mathematics. Results: conception of mechanism of the effective financing of favourable pensions is developed in Ukraine through PPS; improved: instruments of macroeconomic estimation of solvency of the pension system, methodical bases of estimation of efficiency of PPS, mechanism of generating of returns of PPS; got further development: method of estimation of volumes of deductions of enterprises of the harmful producing in the budget of PPS, criteria of estimation and classification of harmful production, methodological ground of essence of concept and component elements of mechanism of financing of favourable pensions. The practical value of results consists of introduction of instrumental vehicle of financing of pensions for the use on enterprises with the harmful production of different regions and different patterns of ownership. The basic results of research were inculcated in practical activity of open joint-stock company "Zaporozhstal" and main administration of the Pension fund of Ukraine in the Zaporozhia region.
