Uskov I. Development of interbudgetary relations in the region

A research object is the processes of execution of budgets at the level of regions of Ukraine. The ground of theoretical positions is a research purpose on forming of the system of interbudgetary relations in the state and, on this basis, development of scientifically-methodical and practical recommendations on their perfection and development at the level of region. Research methods are scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparative analysis, mathematical methods. Results - methodical bases of system development of interbudgetary relations in a region are developed and grounded, offered approach to allocation of the limited financial resources between local budgets in a region; improved determination of essence of interbudgetary relations, approaches in differentiation of profitable and expense plenary powers between the levels of state and local authority, classification of factors which influence on the interbudgetary relations in a region, further development of recommendation was got after forming of the system of interbudgetary relations in Ukraine in the conditions of eurointegration course of development, approaches on the ground of distributing of interbudgetary transfertov on the basis of index of tax potential. The practical value of results consists of improvement of all constituents of the system of interbudgetary relations. Drawn on results of research in work of Ministry of the finance ARE Crimea, Main administration of state treasury of Ukraine in ARE Crimea, Ministries of the economy ARE Crimea.
