Rekun A. Strategy of government regulation of middle class development in Ukraine

Research object. Government control of profits and consumptions of population. Research purpose. Development and ground of theoretical approach to forming of strategy of government control of development of middle class in Ukraine. Research methods. Methods of cognition and methods of theoretical and empiric research, among them: evolutional methods, elements of systems and complex analysis, method of deduction and inductions, methods of cluster analysis, methods of correlation-regressive, statistical methods of analysis. The practical value of the got results consists that positions and conclusions of the given research can be used for creation of strategies and conceptions, positions and methods on adjusting of processes of forming of middle class, national and regional program developments of assistance to his becoming. A novelty consists in the improvement of theoretical-methodical bases of forming and realization of state strategy of adjusting of development of middle class. A conceptual model which is based on monitoring and estimation of parameters of the use of profitable base of population and is a basis for the choice of priorities of realization of the regulator influencing within the framework of realization of strategy of the government control of development of middle class in Ukraine is first offered. Approaches to forming of state strategy of adjusting of socio-economic development are improved, criterion vehicle of determination of low profitable-property bound of middle class, nature of mutual substitution profitable and property factors in the system of forming of profitable base of population and structure of own in an economy is grounded. Job performances are inculcated in work of Committee of Supreme Soviet of Ukraine on the questions of national safety and defensive of Ukraine, headquarters of economy of Kharkov Regional State Administration. The separate results of research are used in an educational process on the economic faculty of the Kharkov National University the name of V.N. Karazina.
