Research object. Economic processes which the state regulates in Agro-Industrial Complex, as a base subcomplex of national economy, under act of common macroeconomic changes in a national economy and in global economic space at the beginning of ХХІ age on the whole. Research purpose. Ground of conceptual directions of improvement of the system of government control of Agro-Industrial Complex within the framework of national economy for the rise of competitiveness of food commodities at the internal and external market at saving after the state of leading role of management by development of rural territories. Research methods. Supervision and theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis dialectical, logical design. The scientific value of job performances consists in deepening of existent approaches to the government control of Agro-Industrial Complex with the purpose of rise of social efficiency of market reforms. A novelty consists in the ground by the author of conceptual directions of improvement of government control of development of Agro-Industrial Complex in the conditions of the increasing influencing of world food market. The factors of external economic environment, having general and specific for Ukraine and Vietnam forms of display, which require the adequate machineries of government control of Agro-Industrial Complex in the economy of transitional period, are first exposed.
