Vozniuk A. Special types of relief from criminal responsibility of organized groups and criminal organizations participants

The author conducted a complex scientific research on the issues of special types of relief from criminal responsibility of organized groups and criminal organizations participants in the thesis paper. The characteristic features of the special types of relief from criminal responsibility were distinguished, the notion of a participant of organized groups and criminal organizations was defined, and there were established social and legal conditionality and the place of special types of relief from criminal responsibility of organized groups and criminal organizations participants within the system of criminal law. Historical law and comparative law researches of the regulations on special types of relief from criminal responsibility of organized groups and criminal organizations participants were conducted. The grounds, conditions and preconditions of special types of relief from criminal responsibility of organized groups and criminal organizations participants, envisaged by Part 2 Article 255, Part 2 Article 258-3, Part 6 Article 260 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine were analyzed, the recommendations on their interpretation and application as well as further improvement were formulated.
