The object of study: the functional state of the reproductive system. The aim of research: the determination of peculiarities of somato-sexual development and functional state of the offspring from stressed male reproductive system, and also their reproductive system sensitiveness to stress in puberty. The methods of research: physiological, biochemical, morphological, cytological, immunoenzymatic, statistical. The results of study, scientific novelty: it is defined for the fist time the consequences of male’s stress, whose mating was carried out in different terms after stress. It was taking into account the stages of spermatogenesis for somato-sexual development and state of the both sex offspring reproductive function. Stress of males before the mating leads to a delay of the offspring somatic and sexual development. In adult age the offspring of the stressed male gains disturbances in reproductive system function, which are revealed in sexual behavior disorder, spermatogenesis and oogenesis inhibition, and fertility decreasing. It is found out an attenuation of the reproductive system reactivity of adult offspring from stressed male to the effect of the immobilization stress in puberty. Degree of introduction: the obtained data can be used as theoretical augmentation for development of the practical steps directed on the prophylaxis of negative consequences of male’s stress for his offspring of both sexes. The sphere of application: endocrinology, sexopatology, andrology, paediatric.
