Essay

For the first time on the level of monographic research the formation of state regime in Nothern Bukovyna during 1940-1947 has been studied. It has been considered as the regular result of Nothern Bukovyna annexation to Ukrainian SSR and to the USSR as well as the specific form of soviet power legalization on these lands. The author comes to the conclusion that establishment and upbuilding of soviet state regime in Nothern Bukovyna during 1940-1947 is one of the stages of historic and legal process in Ukraine.
