Tikhonova O. Criminal responsibility for violation of the laws on budget system of Ukraine

The thesis is dedicated to solving problems of criminal responsibility for violation of the laws on budget system of Ukraine. It deals with analysis of development of the criminal laws that were effective in the territory of Ukraine, and foreign criminal laws which set criminal responsibility for violation of the laws on budget system. Objective and subjective characteristics of components of a crime under investigation are being observed. The necessity of change of the article name has been proved, and formulation of objective displays of the crime, envisaged by the article 210 of Crime Code of Ukraine, has been improved. New definition of the subject of this crime has been substantiated, and the necessity of replacement of punishments related to the influence on a person's will and punishments of economic character specified in a sanction of the specified article has been reasoned.
