organizational-managing backgrounds of anti-shadow of the economical activity in the national economy was investigated and worked out. The analysis of the state of the shadowing processes and anti-shadow activity was performed. The evolution of the different concepts of various economical schools and directions as to the processes of the shadowing was shown, the methodics of the evaluation of the volume and the level of the shadowing of the national economy on the contemporary level, anti-shadow of the economy were analyzed. The reasons of the organizational-power character of the shadowing economy's development and its negative consequences to the creation of the market relations; the main laws of the shadowing process, its base tendency, cycle nature were discovered. The systematic analysis of the state actions as to the prevention and suppression of the shadowing of the economical activity in the conditions of the financial crisis, organizational-managing background of the struggle with the money laundering and legalization of the shadow capital in the context of FATF demands was performed. The organizational-managing backgrounds (organically connected with the market maxima), effective prevention of the future shadowing of the economical activity in Ukraine were formulated
