Bondarenko V. Reformation of mechanism of the state governing of corporations activity in Ukraine

A research object is government control of economy of Ukraine. A research purpose is a scientific and theoretical ground of maintenance of reformation of mechanism of government control of activity of corporations in Ukraine. Research methods are theoretical generalization; analysis and synthesis; classification; statistical and technical and economic analysis; graphic; expert estimation. The practical value of the got results consists in perfection of the legislative providing of adjusting of activity of participants of corporate relations, development of the system of measures, directed on strengthening of control after activity of joint-stock companies, timely exposure and removal of negative consequences which arise up in the field of corporate management. The scientific novelty of the got results consists in том, that is first certain, that in basis of national corporate case frame National principles of corporate management, concerted with basic principles of corporate management of Organization of economic collaboration and development, must be fixed in Ukraine, in this connection it is suggested to reform the mechanism of the state adjusting activity of corporations in Ukraine on principles of perfection of the financial and socio-economic providing of corporate relations. Interpretation of concepts “corporate right” and “corporate management”, their correlation is determined; seeing of constituents of the legal providing of corporate relations is in the joint-stock companies of Ukraine, which general legal principles of entrepreneurial activity, normatively-legal principles of activity of joint-stock companies, appeals of securities, privatization and corporatization of state enterprises; mechanism of government control of activity of corporations in Ukraine improved. Formulation of primary tasks and work in the field of government control of activity of corporations assignments is in Ukraine; determination of lines of the most widespread corporate case economic of highly developed countries frames; establishment of priorities of corporate development of domestic joint-stock companies; conception of restructuring of management corporate rights, which is basis for a decision-making on forming of groups of enterprises and preparation of document in the process of their division, subsequent development was got.
