Object of research is processes of territorial management of state judicial administration. Purpose of research is development of mechanism of providing of efficiency of functioning of territorial department of state judicial administration. Methods of research - comparative analysis, approach of the systems, analysis of the management system, modeling of processes. The practical value of the got results has a mechanism of providing of efficiency of functioning of territorial department of state judicial administration. The scientific novelty of the got results consists in that for the first time: the methodological aspect of mechanism of providing of efficiency of functioning of territorial department of state judicial administration is developed; on the basis of modeling of processes of activity TM SJA an improvement is conducted in the Donetsk area of it organizational structure. Concept "to efficiency of functioning of organ of state administration"; conception of increase of efficiency of functioning of territorial department of state judicial administration; methods of estimation of satisfaction of users of services which are given the territorial department of state judicial administration improved. Approach for distributing of functions of judicial administration between the executive and judicial branches of state power got further development.
