Scientists' views are analyzed and different conceptual scientific approaches to understanding of market infrastructure. The main components are defined and its subsystems are formed. Typical features and peculiarities of functional activity of different elements of infrastructure of agricultural production market at the stage of exchange. Estimation of supply, conditions and effectiveness of functioning of its main elements at regional level is given.
