Hydrogel matrixes, based on acryl monomers, which are characterized by the presence of the local spaces ,that are able to perform a nanoreacor's function for incorporated precursors (for example, hydroxylapatite (HA)) have been used in various consistent states for obtaining a novel composite material. Meet diffusion calcium and phosphate ions into porous hydrogel matrix led to the creation different calcium orthophosphates: tricalciumphosphate (Са3(РО4)2, brushite СаНРО4 ·2Н2О, monetite СаНРО4 and HA. Creation conditions for stechiometric (Са/Р= 1,67) HA in hydrogel matrixes were obtained, as a result of the investigations. The formation in mentioned matrixes nanocrystal HA was confirmed by various modern instrumental methods (NMR 31Р, IR spectroscopy, EM) and by x-ray diffraction with the using data base JCPDS. Obtained nanocomposite systems with using synthesized high dispersion hydrogel matrixes, were characterized by the level of hydration similar to the level for mineralized natural collagen fibrils.
