In dissertation of complex survey data comhiled of 184 patients are with irritated bowel syndrom. A high frequency of registration among patients which suffer irritated bowel syndrom of neuro-circulatori distonia. For the inspected patients found out examined of clinical flow of disease depending on a subtype by the irritated bowel syndrom. Found out connection of presence of neuro-circulatori distonia соmbined with other pathology and subtype of irritated bowel syndrom, weights of disease, clinical and psychological indexes. For patients with the irritated bowel syndrom marked increase of concentration in blood of cytocin, more вырженные at presence of combination of irritated bowel syndrom and to the neuro-circulatori distonia. As a result application of antiinflomatory, antiallergic facilities (eryus) and proof-readers of cardiophyshoneurosis (sonapax), and also setting of diet with the exception of food (on the basis of discovered enhanceable Ig G|) in the holiatry of irritated bowel syndrom stuffs in combination with a cardiophyshoneurosis took a place decline of markers of inflammation (cytocin).
