In dissertation the complex research of the legislative maintenance of the legal mode of lands of the health-improvement using as category of lands of Ukraine is considered.In work the basic stages of development of the legislation about the lands of the health-improvement using are shined. The problems of definition of concept and composition of lands of this category are analyzed. The legal nature of the legal regime of lands of the health-improvement using and its parity with the legal regime of lands as the general and private is investigated. Theoretical and practical aspects of realization of the rights to the lands of the health-improvement using are investigated, is analyzed subjective structure of these legal relations. The features of the use of ground areas of the health-improvement using are defined. It is established that a legal protection is the basic containing element of the legal regime of lands of the health-improvement using. It's grounded the offer about bringing of changes and additions in a current legislation for improvement of the legislative maintenance of the legal regime of lands of the health-improvement using.
