Kruglova O. Clinical-pathogenetic description of chronsc uncalculosis cholecystitis which combined with irritable bowel syndrome and disbiosis - the treatment and medical rehabilitation

In dissertation are generalized the data complex insrection clinical-laboratory and instrumental inspection 158 patients with a chronic uncalculary cholecystitis connected with a syndrome angry an intestine and disbiosis in age 18-59, which were the distrsuted on two groups, randomizated by sex, age and duration of disease. A basic group in the complex of treatment got glutargin and bifiform, and during period of medical rehabiliation - phytopreparation cholenorm in combination from bifiform, the group of comparison got the generally accepted facilities in averagetherarutic doses. The features of clinical picture, character and expressed of violations biochemical and immunological, at patients with a chronic uncalculary cholecystitis, connected with the irritable bowel syndrome and disbiosis were analysed. Patogenetically explaned expedience of the use of combination of glutargin and bifiform in complex therapy and cholenorm in connection with bifiform to the complex of medical rehabilitation. More quick improvement of the common state of patients is marked, renewal of immunological and biochemical indexes, that shows up in achievement of remission of disease proof and valuable.
