Puts' V. Substantiation of technological process and parameters device for trimming of flax ribbon

The thesis is devoted to solution of the important scientific add technical task of mechanized process of flax gathering on the basis of development of device for trimming of stems and substation of its parameters and regimes of functioning. Structure of operations of trimming process is substantiated. Analysis of knuckles interaction process and upper movable ribbon of gathering conveyer is done. Consistent patterns of processes of stems tearing from the belt and their flight are substantiated. Links of lining mechanism operate on stems during the process. Mathematical models of stems trimming process are formed. Conditions under which the efficiency of trimming process is guaranteed are substantiated on the basis of trimming device links interaction with the flax stems. The parameters and regime of the devise work are substantiated. Their influence on the beet stretching is determined.
