Object: process of strategic management of business of nonferrous metallurgy. A subject:theoretical, methodological and practical aspects and tools of the strategic analysis of an environment. Research methods: the analysis and synthesis, an induction, deduction, the complex-target approach, the system analysis, the correlation analysis, a method of expert estimations. For the first time: the conceptual approach to management of the industrial enterprise on the basis of results of the strategic analysis of an environment of the enterprise is offered. It is improved:concept "a strategic trajectory"; a method of a complex estimation of a business environment of the enterprise; the mechanism of adaptation of the enterprise to environment changes.Have received the further development: structure of model of an environment of the enterprise; system of classification of factors of a business environment of the enterprise for manufacture of primary aluminium; the methodical approach to sharing of a method of the balanced scorecard and tools of the strategic analysis of an environment; the methodical approach to strategic management of business. Use sphere: the enterprises for manufacture of primary aluminium.
