Denysov E. Comparative estimation of the clinical and psychopathological features, quality of life and social functioning of patients with paranoid schizophrenia with the different types of course

The dissertation is devoted to study of social-demographic, clinical and psychopathology features, quality of life and social functioning of patients with paranoid schizophrenia with the different types of course. The estimation of efficiency using of the antipsychotic medication and psychoeducation programs at treatment of paranoid schizophrenia was developed and conducted. We obtained in 2004-2007 of the 90 patients with paranoid schizophrenia with different types of course and 30 patients with acute psychotic disorders with schizophrenic symptoms. We used social-demographic, clinical and psychopathology, social and psychological, statistical methods. It is developed a therapeutic complex which includes biological therapy and psychoeducation. Usage of the program of psychosocial rehabilitation allow to increase of the efficiency, quality of life and social functioning.
