Kovalevskaya Y. State management of the processes of provision of ecological security in Ukraine

A research object is processes of the state providing of ecological safety in a country. A research purpose is generalization of the modern state of ecological safety and search of ways of perfection of state administration the processes of providing of ecological safety in Ukraine. Research methods are an analysis of the systems, content-analysis, modeling, synthesis. The practical value of the got results consists in that basic ideas and conclusions extended the scientific pictures of maintenance of the state of ecological safety in a country, potential of the state control of processes of its providing system and logic of alteration, and reference maintenance of strategy of ecological safety in Ukraine. The scientific novelty of the got results consists in that logic of development and orientation-substantive in content constituent of descriptive model of strategy of ecological safety of Ukraine is offered for the first time. Ground of necessity of strengthening of regional level of state administration the processes of providing of ecological safety; picture of filling of maintenance of state administration on achievement and maintenance at necessary level of ecological constituent of national safety of the state; approaches to the ground of processes of forming and realization of public policy of ecological safety; seeing of essence, maintenances and specifics of ecological safety as an object of state administration improved. Structure of basic tasks of state administration on providing of terms for ecologically safe development of country; approaches to determination of effective operating of mechanisms of state administration providing of ecological safety conditions in Ukraine; analytical estimations of the state of ecological safety are in the state; determination of potential of administrative influences on the processes of support of ecological safety from the side of organs of state administration got further development.
