Sokolova Y. Fundamental Tenets of Abduction Investigation Methods

The thesis is a complex monographic research and deals with issues of fundamental tenets of abduction investigation methods formation. Important peculiar features of criminalistical characteristic elements of abduction, which are essential for formulation of fundamental principles of corresponding investigation methods, were ascertained. The list of necessary circumstances for abduction investigation is suggested. The content of typical investigation situations at initial stage of investigation is defined; typical investigation versions are formulated, recommendations on planning and organizing abduction investigation, including committed by organized criminal group, are proposed. The peculiarities of some search actions at initial stage of abduction investigation are examined.
