Methods: analysis of the systems, ekonomiko-matematicheskoe design, approach of the systems, information technologies, teoriii acceptance of decisions, theories of statistical analysis, imitation design. First: methodical approach of construction of control system by the risks of industrial enterprises is offered on the basis of design of management risks, improved mechanism management the risks of losses, related to the production of nekachestvennoy goods, imitation mode' control of quality of products due to the estimation of different intensities of verifications, structure of the informative system of support of making decision at a management risks due to application of technology of the got knowledges.The mechanism of decline of risk at planning of production and mechanism of minimization of risks of expenses got further development at the supply of production. Purview: industrial enterprises.
