Essay

The thesis deals with a complex research of the problem of qualifying of the crimes' totality. The conception of crimes' totality and its types are also analyzed. It was defined a place of crimes' totality in the institution of crimes' plurality and ascertained the correlation between crimes' totality and adjacent criminal legal phenomena. As a result, the admissibility and expediency of using the rule, that each of the crimes which compose the totality must obtain independent criminal legal evaluation under qualifying of the crimes' totality, are proved.
