Kondratishyna V. Criminal and Executive Policy of Ukraine: Its Formation and Implementation

The dissertation is the integrated research and monographic study of issues dealing with the formation and realization of the criminal and executive policy of Ukraine. The essence of the above-mentioned kind of policy in the field of the crime control was detected. There were determined its tasks, sources, types and principles. Furthermore, the co-relation among the criminal and executive policy and its other constituent elements dealing with the combating crime, in particular was fixed. There were developed research fundamentals of recommendations directed at its optimization by means of the improvement of the current legislation, the effectiveness increase in the activity of entities of the criminal and executive policy.
