Merho А. Government regulations increase the export of the country

Research object: process of government control in the export sphere. Research purpose: perfection of theoretical po-sitions on forming and development of the methodical providing of the country export increase adjusting on the basis of foreign trade development tax environment influence research. Research methods: structural and linguistic, etymologic analysis; statistical simulation technique; methods of net design, cluster analysis, intellectual data analysis. Theoretical and practical results: a concepts in the sphere of economic processes government control on the basis of determination of such definitions as a "tax environment of foreign economical activity subjects" and "foreign (interna-tional economic) economical activity"is improved ; theoretical positions on determination of the tax environment medi-ated influence on foreign trade development; theoretical aspects of prices forming in the export sphere, that allowed to define the tendencies of the enterprises income tax setting are improved; methodical going to estimation of the tax envi-ronment influence on the export sphere development; methodical providing of decision making informative support in government control of the country export increase in the conditions of dynamic tax environment influence are got fur-ther development . Scientific results are inculcated in practical activity of Main administration of external economical connections and eurointegration of Kharkiv Regional Government Administration(certificate No 01 16/513 from 11.06.2009 ) and in the educational process of the Kharkov Trade and Economic Institute of Kiev Trade and Economic National University at teaching of course the "Tax management" for preparation of master's degrees on speciality 8.050104 "Finances" (certificate No 255 from 09.06.2009).
