Dissertation is devoted the problem of reduction of time of receipt of information from AIS and expansions of circle of active users. To that end objective presentation of RDB and proper languages is offered intercourses, which use terms from a subject domain, clear any user. On the basis of local presentation presentation is created for incorporated AIS and proper access method. Projected and tested in the real terms software realizing the offered models and methods.
