Essay

Polymeric materials on the basis of mesh polyurethane with prolonged action piroxicam and isoniazid, hydro file polyacrilamid gel modified polyvinyl pyrrolidone, with prolonged action of isoniazid. An estimation of biological activity and biocompatibility of the modified polymers on the basis of mesh polyurethane, polyacrilamid gel with prolonged action of not steroid anti-inflammatory and antitubercular preparations. IR-spectroscopy, physicomechanical, spectrophometric, biochemical, cytochemical, histologic, medical and biologic methods, implants test. It is spent immobilization of not steroid anti-inflammatory preparation piroxicam and an antitubercular preparation isoniazid on polyurethane. It is established that isoniazid it is prolonged it is liberated from mesh polyurethane throughout long time in vitro. It is spent saturation of polyacrilamid gel modified polyvinyl pyrrolidone, an antitubercular preparation, it is studied dynamics of liberation isoniazid from polyacrilamid gel in vitro. Updating of a method of fabric culture with which help toxicity degree hydrogel materials is defined is spent. It is shown that polymeric materials with piroxicam and isoniazid are biocompatible, nontoxic and can be recommended for carrying out of clinical tests.
