The work is devoted to the problems of ecology legal mechanisms of defense the Azov & Black Seas' basin (ABSB). The development of the scientific doctrine coherent to the environment and nature sources of the ABSB, historical and foreign mechanisms of the ecology legal defense of the basin are watched. The main negative factors of the degradation the nature sources of the basin and getting worth of its environment are shown.
