Substantiation of theoretical bases and practical aspects of building and working on an economic mechanism of increasing dairy production efficiency, also from different author's points of view about efficiency in dairy aria, nowadays situation and problems and ways how to solve all problems in dairy production inefficiency.. General and special (abstract logical, economic and statistic, economic and mathematical modeling, monographic, etc.) methods are the research basis.Has found reasons and differences in an influence level of specializations, conception, and intensification on efficiency of dairy production including native zone factors. Has been determined all particularities of price mechanism in dairy production as a part of outside economic environment as the economic mechanism in general. Explanation of investigation in to reconstruction of dairy farm as project of agriculture enterprise was done with main accent and attention on a role of amortization calculation as a part of efficiency determination. Was proved scientifically importance of seasonal part in main production forecasting indices in dairy development.
