Essay

A research object is a process of mechanical processing of squared beam purveyances of window and door blocks on the automated systems of machines. Aim - establishing work regularities of automated systems of machines under the conditions of stochastic variety of technologic operations duration, developing calculating methods of multi-benches lines and improving effectiveness of their functioning due to the grounding of structures and parameters. Methods - mathematic statistics, probability theory, statistic modeling, analytical methods, dynamic programming. Scientific novelty: statistic characteristics of technologic operations duration of the functioning of multi-benches systems for mechanic processing of window and door blocks were established; hypothesis on the probability of the description of processing intervals for window and door blocks was supported with Erlang distribution law; mathematic models of three-benches systems with hard and flexible aggregation was built; target function for effectiveness evaluation was formalized for three-benches lines taking into consideration the impact of the set of probable factors on the instruments functioning. Results: methodology of mathematic modeling of functioning process of automated systems of machines was developed; practical recommendations were proposed for optimizing aggregation by components according to indicators of correlation of benches productivities and holding capacity for inter-operational drives; structures and parameters of automated lines for mechanic processing of window and door blocks was optimized. Implementation level - research results were used during rational organization of technological processes of mechanic processing of bars at enterprises. Sphere - woodworking industry.
