A research object is the processes of forming and realization of the innovative programs. The purpose of work consists in development of theoretical positions and methodical and practical recommendations in relation to the improvement of forming and realization of the innovative programs machine-building enterprises. The author has used the methods of systematization, generalization, expert estimations, induction and deduction, statistical analysis. The following positions have a theoretical value: clarification of essence of concept "innovative program"; classification of the innovative programs is on kinds; a construction is the systems of indexes, which characterize effectiveness of realization of the innovative programs; development is classifications of factors, which influence on forming and realization of the innovative programs. A practical value is had: methodical recommendations are from the evaluation of the informative providing of subjects of management forming and realization of the innovative programs; clarification of the stages of monitoring of administrative problems drawing on his results for making of regulative decisions. By a scientific novelty theoretical and methodical recommendations in relation to the improvement of forming and realization of the innovative programs machine-building enterprises. The article of dissertation work are theoretical and applied positions in relation to forming and realization of the innovative programs machine-building enterprises. The sphere of the use of the author's suggestions are enterprises of machine-building industry.
