Essay

In the dissertation on the basis of the analysis of statutory acts and materials administrative and judiciary practice, sources of the right of Left-bank Ukraine of first half XVIII century are in a complex investigated. It is analysed sources of the right of the specified territory and sphere of their application for regulation of public attitudes. It is found out that in first half XVIII centuries the important place is borrowed with written sources of the right, namely legal certificates of independent authorities, and also certificates of the Russian legislation actively extend.
