Essay

An important scientific and technical problem of intensification of electrolytic refining of titanium rejects and its alloys in hloridium titaniferous melts, is solved, it allowes to enlarge round-robin duration of the process of the refining, productivity of elektroliser, reduce the expenses to electric powers and electrolyte. The new scientific concept of the electrolytic refining departure metal with variable valence is designed. This concept can be used with the waste of other polyvalence metal.
