Essay

The object of research is metal flow and the accompanying document and information flow of the production shop during the shipment of finished products. The purpose is the improving of the efficiency of production and rail transport interaction during the shipment of finished products through the application of logistics management principles. The novelty is that the principles of transition to the logistics management processes by microflow processes according to the criterion "Just-in-time" have been developed. In this case the chain of material movement in transport cargo complex "rolling mill - transport" is presented as a set of modules, and logistics criterion has been used as an index integrating the motion duration synthesis flow in the leading unit. For the first time a complex method, models and algorithms have been proposed for determining the length of motion synthesis flow in the leading unit in the logistic chain of transport cargo complex of finished products loading in which the duration of material motion is determined on the basis of the mass systems algorithm, for determining the length of motion synthesis flow probabilistic network model has been proposed and for explaining the input and output parameters of matarial flow and logistic criterion the simulation modeling has been used. First a mathematical model of the operational management of the organization of finished products loading has been proposed using the logistic criteria determining the interval of setting wagons in the rolling mill. Results are: a new method of interaction rolling mills and rail transport interaction in the shipment of finished products of metallurgical enterprises through the introduction of the system management flow processes of logistics criteria, which integrates the functions of production and transportation has been developed. The degree of implementation is the technique of operational management organization of wagons supply for finished products loading using the logistic criterion of material motion of rolling mill which has been proposed for the implementation at Ilyich Iron and Steel Works. The application sphere is an industrial transport of metallurgical enterprises.
