Dissertation work is devoted to the ground of teoretiko-metodologichnikh principles and development of practical recommendations in relation to the improvement of finansovo-kreditnogo mechanism of adjusting of development of innovative enterprise in Ukraine. In-process investigational essence and structure of finansovo-kreditnogo mechanism of adjusting of development of innovative enterprise with the selection of his functions and principles of functioning. Generalized methodological approaches in relation to the construction of the national innovative system. The analysis of sources and forms of the finansovo-kreditnogo providing of development of domestic innovative structures is conducted and developed method of calculation of integral estimation of their activity. The chart of stage-by-stage realization of the program of the finansovo-kreditnogo adjusting of development of innovative enterprise is offered in Ukraine, and also complex system of adjusting of development of innovative enterprise structures. The system of forming of informative base of finansovo-kreditnogo mechanism of adjusting of innovative enterprise is developed, and also measures are offered on activation of influence of the bank crediting and insurance business on development of innovative business.
