Object: management innovative activity of small and middle enterprises of Ukraine. Aim: generalization of theoretical-methodological approaches and development of practical recommendations on perfection of management innovative activity of enterprises of small and middle business (ESMB). Methods: statistical, structural-logical and economic analysis, prognostication. Results: conception of stimulation of innovative activity of ESMB is first grounded, the methodical going is improved near the estimation of efficiency of management innovative activity of ESMB. Use: in activity of Ltd «Ukrtelekom», Main Administration of Economy of Lviv Regional State Administration, in the educational process of the Lviv Institute of Banking of University of Banking of National Bank of Ukraine.
