Timoschuk O. Autonomous state formations in the spanish legal tradition: historical law investigation

In the thesis examines the history development of Spanish regions as the reason of appearing of special territorial form of government established by the Constitution of 1978. The author investigates some specialties of appearing of the statehood in Pyrenean peninsula; the age of Reconquista as the reason of formation and law appearance autonomous ideas of Spanish people; the mechanism of government in the time of monarchy in ХІІІ - ХVІІІ centuries; the process of legalization of ideas of national centralization and territorial privileges in the time of bourgeois transformations of Spanish state in the second part of ХVІІІ - ХІХ centuries, the struggle of Spanish nations and historical regions for their's autonomy in conditions of regimen of restoration of Alfons XIII and the dictatorship of general Primo de Rivera (1902-1931 years), autonomous tendencies and national ideas in the time of Spanish republic and totalitarian state of general Franco (1932-1975 years); the constitutional establishment of territorial form of government in the last quarter of XX century.
