Senchuk V. The Legal Regulation of Real Estate Registration and of Rights to Real Estate Registration in Ukraine: a Comparative Legal Analysis

The thesis is devoted to the comparative historical legal analysis of legal regulation of real estate registration and of rights to real estate registration in Ukraine. It is shown that certain registration procedures can be found in Ukraine since the period of Kyivan Rus. Based on the data obtained with the research undertaken the author proposes to consider the real estate registration as a technical accounting procedure which is a part of the procedure of the rights to real estate registration. It is proposed to preserve existing two subsystems of real estate registration: registration of rights to land plots and registration of rights to buildings. On the contrary, it is necessary to liquidate the separate system of transactions registration.
