This dissertation deals with a complex research of organic laws in the system of legislation of Ukraine. The study analyzes different principles and doctrine sources that are dedicated to the understanding and development of organic laws within Ukrainian legislative system. Also considered are the concept and meanings of the organic laws in foreign countries; France, Spain and Russia where an extensive comparative analysis has been done in the ways of adopting and functioning of organic laws in the abovementioned countries, where they have been successfully applied. The author's definition is proposed; the characteristics of organic laws in the system of legislation of Ukraine are formulated and identified the criteria of classification of constitutional and ordinary laws. The classification criteria of organic laws in the legislative system are specified. The study will also properly research the laws that establish the order of formation and functionality of state bodies, local government bodies and citizens unions. The proposed practical recommendations are aimed at improving and finding ways of systemizing organic laws in Ukrainian's legislative system that can help to intensify and be efficiently applied to Ukraine.
