Object of research - compound of slide a plate with mullitecorundum by the basis and shpinelecorundum, periclase or corundum by the stitch - in. The purpose: development of theoretical bases and introduction in manufacture of technology of compound plates of slide gates for having poured of steel with nonfired by the basis. Methods of researches: rengenphase, thermodynamic, complex of physics-chemical methods of the analysis. Theoretical and practical results - is theoretically proved and the opportunity of reception made of slide a plate with nonfired mullitecorundum by the basis and burnt corundum or periclase by the stitch - in is experimentally proved. Novelty: is established subsolidus a structure of system CaO - MgO - ZnO - Al2O3, and is specified subsolidus a structure of system MgO - CaO - Fe2O3 - SiO2. Is carried out(spent) them tetraedrations and the topological columns of systems are constructed, that has enabled to construct model of change of phase structure in section periclaserefractory - metallurgical slag. Is proved, that the introduction of the modifying additives in thingrind a component fire-resistant structure results in formation of firm solutions izovalency and notizovalency of a type, that significally reduces temperature of sintering of products. The complex influence organic and fosfatcontents binding on properties nonfired of the bases is investigated, that has enabled to establish the order of their introduction in structure: polifosfat natrium, АХFS, LSТ. The results of work are introduced at the enterprise OJC " Кindratievka a fire-resistant factory " also have passed test on ММC by it. Illicha (Mariupol). Sphere of use - iron and steel industry.
